Model basis

M19 retains one compact passenger elevator in each of the 35 five-story corner buildings. The corner stair/elevator/landing core is about 344 sq ft, plus its separate entry vestibule and connector. All 47 four-story straight buildings now have a 274-sq-ft stair-and-landing core with no elevator or shaft reservation. Each former 64-sq-ft lift area returns to accommodation on each floor; room fit remains unresolved. Cab, sliding entrance, shaft walls, guide-rail allowances and five served levels are now explicit in the source; the open view shows the ground-floor core. The 82 building footprints, rooflines, 20-ft woonerfs and resident courts follow M17. Manufacturer-based planning dimensions are provisional: supplier layout, controller space, shaft overhead under the roof, pit/structure, stretcher/accessibility requirements and single-stair approval remain unresolved.
